Negative: The lights in the outside courtyard is on 24/7.
Very difficult to sleep in the first bedroom with the light coming in through the window. The blinds to not block it out sufficiently.

Enjoyed the apartment
Positive: Washer and dryer combined , showers water pressure was good , option to braai , bed was comfortable , safe parking , wifi , smart tv and appliances where all new and in good order
Negative: Firelighters didn’t light the fire also no lighter ( I left 1 there )
Shelving in the bathrooms will help for clothing and toiletries after showering.. not ideal putting clothes on the floor and couple hangers are broken recommend adding more
The remote for the gate also needs a new battery
